Mr. Rohit Wadhwa is a visionary serial entrepreneur whose journey in business began during his school years, driven by an innate passion for business and establishing his own identity. Along with his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, he ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing his first business in real estate—a field that resonated deeply with his love for developing and transforming spaces. As the Chairman of the RW Group, Mr. Wadhwa has demonstrated remarkable leadership, diversifying the group’s portfolio across Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, Retail, and Sports. His strategic vision has led to the successful execution of landmark projects such as Lotus Villas, Imperial Golf Resort, Le Grandiose, Woods, Flora, Aditya World School & College, and Aditya World Cricket Academy. A trailblazer in embracing new opportunities, he then spearheaded the group’s foray into sports with the ownership of the newly formed MPL team, “The Bundelkhand Bulls.” Mr. Wadhwa’s relentless ambition, coupled with his commitment to excellence, continues to inspire innovation and growth, positioning the RW Group as a dynamic force in multiple industries.
Amit Shamra
Head (Real Estate)
Amit brings over 24 years of experience from esteemed organisations. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Gwalior. He joined RW group in 2000 and has over 24 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Civil, CRM. Before joining RW group, he was the Ass vice president in DB group and regional manager in Indusind Bank, Aviva life insurance. His expertise lies in developing teams, systems, and processes for improving business efficiency to deliver business results.
Nishant Dhameja
Assistant Manager (RW Group)
Nishant Dhameja is a skilled business and marketing professional with international experience in team leadership, customer service, and operations. With degrees from Fleming College (Canada) and Amity University (India), he has worked across industries, driving growth and efficiency. Currently, he plays a key role at RW Group, managing projects and leading marketing efforts for a professional sports team.
Amit Pandey
Head (Hospitality)
Amit Pandey is a highly accomplished professional known for managing large-scale events, high-profile delegations, and VIP hospitality across India. From state banquets for the Hon’ble Prime Minister to international sports events and Air Force operations, his expertise in service excellence, strategic planning, and team leadership has earned him national recognition and multiple industry awards.
